At the start of 2014, I made it my primary goal in life to be peace. As a husband, father of four, teacher, and as someone who tends to have a fairly short temper, I wanted to be the love and peace I know is our true nature, and live the way I know is possible for all of us. So I gave it a crack.Did it work? Did I find nirvana? Did I become an enlightened master living in a state of constant bliss? No. Not even close! But I definitely got a lot better, and before I knew it, my one year of living peacefully had turned into three. This book is a collection of the insights and reflections that became my daily mantras. Days when I remembered these ideas and practices, life was truly awesome. By sharing them, I hope you might get something out of them too.
