Carol Doak discovered her love of quilting in 1979 when she took a seven-week basic quilting class. She taught that class the following year and discovered she loved to teach others how to make quilts. Since then she has taught more than a million people to quilt through her best-selling books, DVDs and traveling to teach around the world.
