This is a story of a missionary family; a mother, father, two girls and four boys. Looking at them, they seemed like a normal American family but this was far from true. On Christmas Day in 1964, this small family took a leap of faith and stepped out into an adventure not many would experience. They moved from the fine comforts of the American way of life into a different world where languages were different, food was different, and religious beliefs were extraordinarily different.
