Spy Puppets is a spy thriller set in a small American town. Harry Starky, accountant to a Government Research unit, returns from celebrating his birthday to find the dead, naked body of Laura Nolan, a secretary at the Research Unit, in his bedroom. He also finds he cannot substantiate his alibi. Lieutenant Hugan of the local Police Homicide Division is put in charge of the investigations. With Starky becoming his number one suspect. What follows is a secret battle of wits between the FBI and an unknown master spy.
