The Temple of Seti I at Abydos is is one of the great monuments of the New Kingdom. Rosalie David's book, last printed more than 30 years ago, offers a guide to its magnificent reliefs and wall paintings, explaining the scenes of ritual and worship. This new edition will, for the first time, also includes some of the outstanding watercolours by Amice Calverley and Myrtle Broome that were published between 1933 and 1958.
