The author is a former real estate broker and homebuilder in Washington State. He sold new presale, speculative, and custom homes for more than thirty years in the Puget Sound region. He was co-founder and managing broker of three real estate firms that represented more than ninety home builders and site developers. He also was co-owner of two successful homebuilding companies that built presale and speculative homes. He was selected by homebuilders, site developers, and construction lenders to provide marketing and sales expertise in new home projects throughout four western Washington counties. Some of his written articles have been featured in the Master Builder magazine, the official publication of the Seattle Master Builders Association.
