Noel Cox is Professor of Law at Aberystwyth University, a Barrister of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, and a Priest of the Church in Wales. From 2010 to 2013 he was Head of the Department of Law and Criminology at Aberystwyth University, and from 2004 to 2009 he was Head of the Department of Law at Auckland University of Technology.
