A collection of short articles and stories that are strongly influenced by the author's short stay in Sri Lanka and his many years spent in India, well before it started to modernise. The majority are humorous - generally self-deprecating - as the author tries to cope with various situations, including those in his family life. The short stories in particular bring a more descriptive view of the interesting and diverse character of India.
