A dog lover and Australian Shepherd aficionado, Dan Cohen, has worked as a state park dog patrol ranger, an environmental administrator, a lawyer and a pro tem judge. But his love is writing works for children and working with his intrepid Aussie, Flapjack. Dan, his wife, Kim, and Flapjack reside in northern California.
