David was a PhD student when he decided that the only thing he could really do was joined-up writing.He joined an advertising agency which seemed glamourous for a short while, and then started 'his own' agency. He has been a marketing director in a big business and has owned an assortment of companies and consultancies. Incredibly he is still alive and married with three great kids and lives in Cheshire, England.
