Field to Feast : The Remington Cookbook
After our successful collaboration on The Art of Remington Arms, Sporting Classics and "Big Green" have teamed up once again to publish this terrific new cookbook, Field to Feast. Our Remington Cookbook has 211 recipes ranging from venison and waterfowl to wild fruits and vegetables. Written by Jim Casada who, along with his wife Ann, gathered and kitchen-tested each recipe. "This is a cookbook for sportsmen and their families," says the author.
