Helping our students develop the entrepreneurial mindset will set them up for success in all areas of their life regardless the path they take. This mindset is made up of four primary attributes including growth mindset, grit, redefining failure, and opportunity seeking. In Teaching the Entrepreneurial Mindset: Innovative Education for K-12 Schools, author Stephen Carter details the ten year journey of creating and launching the entrepreneurship program at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy which now features over fifteen elective courses, six student-run businesses, and a certificate track for program graduates.
