Michael Anthony Burton is an emerging author originally from a small town in Georgia. He has lived all across the county, though is very pleased to now call Charlotte, North Carolina home. He has worked in the field of orthotics and prosthetics for over 35 years and has been married to his lovely wife Robin for almost 30 years. This is his second book and his first novel. Michael writes while working as a self-employed business consultant and project manager. He currently works with a client in the role of Director of Sales and Business Development for O&P News magazine. In this capacity he has helped guide the rebranding of the publication with many reader friendly enhancements, while also selling ads.Michael has been a frequent speaker at local, regional, national and international conferences.

He often speaks about the importance of outstanding customer service and the need for businesses to consistently exceed customer expectations. He also volunteers an extensive amount of time in support of the Orthotic and Prosthetic Activities Foundation where his wife Robin serves as Executive Director. The organization is committed to helping anyone with a physical or mobility challenge become active again through their First Clinics.
