Tyler Weston (from "Destiny's Map and the Haunted Treasure") and his friend Harold Mills possess solar technology that will make fossil fuels obsolete. The technology needs to be tested before they can bring it to market. The test-bed is the Louise, a 52-foot sailboat with solar-collecting technology and batteries that are beyond cutting edge. North Korean spies have learned of the inventions and will stop at nothing to get them. After failed attempts on land, the North Koreans take to the ocean and chase Weston, Mills and two unlikely crew members to the edge of a hurricane. Weston must use all his skills to fend off enemies on land and at sea, but even his capabilities are no match for the power of the hurricane.
