Christopher J. Bosso is associate professor and chair of the Department of Political Science at Northeastern University. He is author of Pesticides and Politics: The Life Cycle of a Public Issue (1987) and winner of the Policy Studies Organization award for the best book in policy studies. John H. Portz is associate professor and director of graduate programs in the Department of Political Science at Northeastern University.
