Little Elephant has been playing with his toys and putting all of them away in the wrong place! Soon, his mother notices that something is not quite right with her little one's trunk. Little Elephant needs to take a trip to the hospital after a few of his toys end up inside of his trunk. How did they get in there? More importantly, how will they come out?
