Hogs in Haslemere The fun and interest the hogs generate is captured by these photographs. They were taken where they displayed in Haslemere Town, Weyhill, Hindhead and Grayswood. The photographs are like environmental portraits, attempting to show the artwork and the thought behind the person setting them in position. The photograph also includes aspects of life around Haslemere at the time. Apologies to those hogs not featured and to those persons who happen to be in the photograph, especially those identifiable. 60 fiberglass hogs were displayed throughout Haslemere from April to July 2017. They were painted by local artists and schools and promoted the town, its groups, businesses and the arts. They were purchased or put up for auction raising over 30,000 funds for The Mayor of Haslemere's Charities.
