Do you wonder what it would be like to literally meet Jesus, face-to-face? The women you'll meet inside this book came from all walks of life, with all kinds of problems, and all kinds of needs. They also had something else in common: They all met Jesus, and not in a figurative sense, but literally! Some already had deep faith, like Mary and Elizabeth. Their challenge was to live out their faith in a society of doubters. Some had physical problems like the hemorrhaging woman and the hunched over woman. They found in Jesus, health and a new life. Others were outcasts such as the woman at the well and the Canaanite woman. They found acceptance and a future with hope. The sinful woman had given up on God, but He hadn't given up on her! Do you see yourself in these women? Do you need more faith, or are you sick or feel like an outcast? When you read these poignant stories told in real-life color, you'll discover how Jesus offers you the same hope, purpose, and joy he offered 2,000 years ago.
