He is also an editor for High-Speed Rail: An Analysis of the Chinese Innovation System , and China-Europe Freight Trains: State Building and Market Building .


Zhihong Zhen is Professor of School of Sociology and Political Science in Shanghai University, Director of the Center for International Political Economy of Shanghai University, Director of the Institute of Gerontology of Shanghai University, and Secretary-General of Economics Sociology Committee of Chinese Sociology Association. His main research area include economic sociology, population aging, and international political economy.
